É o valor que você paga primeiro em cada evento médico, antes que o restante seja compartilhado pelo grupo. O IUA não é sua mensalidade, é um valor separado pago só quando você usa o serviço.

Exemplo:
Se seu IUA é $1.500 e você faz uma cirurgia de $15.000, você paga $1.500 e o grupo compartilha os $13.500 restantes.
